**Description**

**Pilot Last Mile** is seeking a full time **Customer Service Representative** to work for our **Fremont Station**, located in Fremont, CA. Must be available to work nights and weekends.

**Responsibilities:**

* Oversee and assist with Load

* Assist daily with tracking of delivery teams to ensure on time arrivals

* Validate that all paperwork and client processes are followed as directed

* Answer the main telephone line. This requires:

+ Using a clear and understandable speaking voice.

* Interact with delivery teams and Independent Contractors

* Completes other responsibilities as assigned by a member of the management staff.

* Attendance and Punctuality are essential functions of the job.

**Qualifications:**

* Must have some Customer Service background, especially in Furniture Delivery Operations

* Must be detail-oriented

* Must have excellent computer and communication skills

* Must have the ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
