We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Packaging Sales Associates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and signing up new partners to our custom packaging service, while also promoting the brand and its value proposition. Utilizing our unique auto-design tool, you'll be able to create engaging custom designs for prospects in seconds, significantly boosting our sales close rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients and partners within the restaurant industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial meetings to product pitching and deal closing.
• Understand the unique needs of each restaurant to recommend tailored packaging solutions.
• Work with product development to translate customer needs into product features.
• Represent the organization professionally, emphasizing quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be based in San Francisco and San Diego California
• Keen eye for opportunity and a passion for the restaurant and food service industry.
• Experience in a similar role, especially within the food or packaging industry, is a plus.
• Interpersonal skills, fostering engaging and sociable interactions

As you build your customer base, your earnings potential can increase significantly, with expected earnings of approximately $4,000 in the first month, $6,000 by the sixth month, $7,500 by the twelfth month, and $9,000 by the eighteenth, including commissions and bonuses.
