Portobel is seeking professional, service-oriented delivery drivers to join our rapidly growing team. We have multiple immediate openings available for day and night drivers to help us deliver quality, fresh, locally-sourced foods to customers throughout the Bay Area. Since you're delivering fresh food, you won't have passengers in your car, and most deliveries are contactless important considerations in Covid times.

Youll work predictable shifts within a designated zone no need to drive from one end of the Bay to the other during your shift. Our technology optimizes your delivery routes to ensure that you are able to deliver orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Our dedication to providing the highest level of service and quality to our customers means that you will be treated with the same level of professionalism and respect when you become a member of our team.

Our application process is very quick - you could be driving as soon as tomorrow!

**Hours/Shifts:**

* Day shifts are available all days of the week

* Night shifts are available Sunday and Wednesday (starting at 9pm)

* Shifts range from 4 to 6 hours

* Work as many shifts as you would like (minimum of two shifts per week)

**Location(s):**

* Drive within a specific geographic zone multiple zones available, take your pick

+ Oakland / East Bay

+ San Francisco

+ San Mateo County / Peninsula

+ San Jose / South Bay

+ No Santa Cruz!

**Pay:**

* Shifts range from $24-$28 per hour (depending on time of day) with additional opportunities for bonuses and incentives

* Cell phone stipend (when you work 32 or more hours per month)

**Requirements:**

* Clean, reliable vehicle

* Valid drivers license and clean driving record

* Be at least 21 years old for day shifts, 18+ for night shifts

* Smartphone with reliable internet connectivity

* Proof of personal auto insurance policy, as required by California state law

* Professional, customer-service-oriented nature

* Be willing to learn, willing to accept feedback, and grow from it

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

* Must be able to pass a background check
