Big Time Pest Control is BOOMING in Northern California, and we are very excited to be adding more phenomenal team members to expand our Pest Control Department. The Pest Department team takes care of all our ants, spiders, roaches, bed bugs...the list goes on and on! Our Pest Control technicians are the Super Hero's of the Pest Control industry by helping protect homeowners investments.

• You have prior experience or have a Structural Pest Control License the salary will be higher and will be negotiated during the hiring processing.

Requirements: We require a good driving record (NO handsfree tickets) and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties without accommodations:

• Must pass a Drug Screen (NO exceptions), clean DMV (NO handsfree tickets) and Background check (Live Scan fingerprint check)
• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older
• Must care about customers!

Field Duties: The ideal candidate will enthusiastically take advantage of all training opportunities to successfully contribute to the Companies success.

• Follow a route schedule within assigned territory
• Use Integrated Pest Management techniques (provides safe, effective, and efficient services)
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program (such as sanitation, storage, exclusion, and other methods of control and prevention).
• Serve as a problem solver for your customer by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs
• Assure the use of chemicals and strategies in accordance with the rules and regulations governing pest control.
• Ensures routine, quality service is provided to clients and verifies client satisfaction by providing inspections and contacting managers and other appropriate individuals.
• Provides backup for other pest management technicians as needed
• Occasional work on ladders, in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand-held device provided for speed and accuracy
• Generates accurate and timely records using the appropriate forms; this includes timesheets and inspection report forms.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• Must be able to maintain or obtain a current license for Pest Control and a valid driver's license.
