• Proficient in the use of CAD and Solidworks drafting software. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and the internet. Ability to use keyboard accurately with the minimum typing speed of 30 WPM and minimum 10-key speed of 8,000 KPH
• Experienced in mechanical drawing and design.
• Speaks fluently, reads, comprehends, writes including spelling of words, composition of sentences, and grammar in the English language.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service and interpersonal skills including assessing others' needs, meeting quality standards for services, evaluation of the satisfaction of others, being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
• Ability to communicate fluently using phone, radio, email, and messaging programs. Ability to learn and use all other software and computing products assigned.
