Job Overview
Care Indeed is hiring a compassionate and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants to provide top-quality service to our clients. Strong management, leadership, and problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and continuously improve are essential for success in this role. A demonstrated background in education, skills, knowledge, and experience in aging and care management is also necessary to provide quality care management services.

CNA Job Responsibilities
* Providing physical support for patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing up, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing or exercising
* Ensuring patients receive an appropriate diet
* Reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
* Obtaining information from physicians, caregivers and nurses
* Track patients' condition, treatment plans, and suggested activities
* Measuring and recording food and liquid intake and urinary output
* Report changes to medical or nursing staff.
* Recording vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse and temperature
* Observe and record patients' behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
Qualifications and Experience
* Education - High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
* Characteristics - This is an autonomous position, so we're looking for individuals that are self-motivated, independent, and willing to learn through experience and receiving feedback. We're also looking for individuals that are compassionate, trustworthy, and service-minded.
* Certification and Other Requirements:
* Must have a CNA certification
* Must have a CPR certification
* Must have a smartphone for clock in/out and communication
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Authorized to work in the United States
Essential Requirements
* Proficiency in verbal and written English is required for effective communication with clients, families, and colleagues.
* Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job such as:
* Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers, which may require lifting and repositioning.
* Sitting, standing, stooping and walking
* Lifting/moving/carrying of 50 lbs at the minimum
* Must be able to work in varying conditions, including the presence of stairs and potential outdoor tasks.
Salary
* $22 up to $28 per hour

* Schedule: AM and PM shifts
