Job Description:

STARTUPHQ LLC seeks a Property Portfolio Manager in San Francisco, CA to manage a diverse portfolio of office properties. Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
2. Acting as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease-related matters.
3. Fostering positive relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
4. Coordinating and supervising property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
5. Collaborating with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure high standards of upkeep and safety.
6. Developing and managing property budgets, monitoring expenses, and optimizing financial performance to ensure profitability.
7. Analyzing financial reports and implementing strategies to maximize returns.
8. Overseeing lease agreements, lease negotiations, and lease renewals.
9. Ensuring compliance with lease terms and regulations.
10. Identifying and mitigating risks related to property management, including insurance, safety protocols, and compliance with local regulations.
11. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance property value, increase occupancy rates, and improve overall portfolio performance.
12. Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management, detailing property performance, financial metrics, and operational updates.
13. Conducting site visits locally as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have an Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field, and six months of experience in a Property Portfolio Manager or a related occupation.

Salary: $75,754.00 to $158,330.00 per year.
