Position Overview
FACES SF is seeking a Temporary Paraprofessional to support children who have additional learning needs over the summer months. The children may have a disability, health issue, behavioral issue, or difficult external circumstances that make classroom learning more challenging. The Temporary Paraprofessional's role is to support students by monitoring their safety, self-management, and overall behavior in the classroom and may also help the teacher with maintaining a good classroom environment in general.
The Temporary Paraprofessional will work under the supervision of the Inclusion Manager and with the Inclusion Team including the assigned teacher and Inclusion Specialist. The successful applicant will have availability to work FT; October 28, 2024 toJune 30, 2025.
