The Position
USC Student Life is conducting a search for a Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life. This position reports to the Associate Vice Provost for Student Life. The incumbent will be responsible for the oversight and leadership of the fraternity & sorority community, as well as serve as the primary representative for the university's fraternity & sorority system to external constituencies (alumni, advisors, housing corporations, community leaders, etc.).

Preferred Education:
Master's degree.
Preferred Experience:
7 years progressively increasing responsibility in fraternity and sorority life.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum Experience:
5 years in progressively increasing responsibility in fraternity and sorority life.
Limited relocation assistance may be provided.
The annual base salary range for this position is $76,517.81 - $108,859.00. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
