Qualifications

• Experience as a marketing or sales representative in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Senior Living, Memory Care, or equivalent
• Proven experience in leadership — as a Marketing Manager, Director of Sales, Director of Marketing, Sales and Marketing Manager, Sales Director, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Building facility census and developing a rich case mix based on budget
• Making routine contact with referral sources and leads in the marketplace
• Making contact with potential patients and families to answer any questions about the facility
