R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Fleet Operations Business Analyst I in Foster City, CA.

Your main responsibilities as a Fleet Operations Business Analyst I:

1. Administration of fleet program services including toll, fuel, collision, and violations reimbursement programs.
2. Onboard and off-board of fleet drivers, field, and campus-based employees, including third-party closeouts.
3. Utilize strong analytical skills and financial acumen to collect, interpret, and report on data related to fleet operations, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
4. Communicate effectively, providing detailed fleet performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
5. Implement and maintain fleet policies and procedures.

What we are looking for in a Fleet Operations Business Analyst I:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a business or operations analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
3. Knowledge of fleet operations and management is preferred.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Scale:

$64,446 - $80,558 (Dependent on Experience)
