SUMMARY:
Our Client Service Department consistently strives for service excellence. The Service Associate is a critical role serving as a front desk receptionist and general office administrator for incoming phone calls, office visits/appointments and various office needs. In addition, the Service Associate works closely with advisor partners to deliver the best client experience. Client Service Relationship Specialists are critical to the service delivery and provide a high-touch experience with our clients.
This is a full-time, non-exempt role based out of Redding, CA. This candidate will be required to be in the office all five days of the work week. The base salary range for this position is between $58,000-$62,000 per year. We also provide generous benefits to all our full-time employees.
