Topgolf is seeking a HANDS ON Facilities Manager to be responsible for maintaining an approximately 65,000 square foot facility that runs like a well-oiled machine! Compensation range: $62,000 - $69,000 USD (annual)

Topgolf participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the daily and safe operations of the Maintenance Department, overseeing repair or replacement of equipment, systems, game targets, and all facilities maintenance to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  2. Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment; initiate reordering when necessary.
  3. Oversee maintenance of the entire TopGolf facility and maintenance shop equipment.
  4. Supervise TopGolf maintenance personnel, ensuring they are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated.
  5. Communicate regularly with maintenance technicians to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
  6. Responsible for hiring maintenance personnel and conducting employee performance reviews based on job descriptions.
  7. Monitor operation and use of all equipment and systems, initiating projects to improve efficiency or reduce costs.
  8. Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies; enforce safety programs and review safety records.
  9. Ensure compliance with city, county, state, and federal regulations related to maintenance.
  10. Coordinate activities and projects with Operations Departments to ensure smooth maintenance and repair work.

Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of facilities management experience for a large or multi-unit venue; experience building a team is highly preferred.
  2. High school diploma or G.E.D., plus two years of documentable HVAC or Electrical journeyman level operating, maintenance, and repair experience.
  3. Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, welding, soldering, and building maintenance.
  4. Experience with preventive maintenance inspections and emergency repairs of HVAC rooftop equipment, refrigeration units, and other building systems.
  5. Ability to provide training, work guidance, and perform skilled maintenance and repairs.
