Position Overview

As a Sales Director, you will drive projects from inception to contract execution, leveraging the full capabilities of EVE's energy products. Your role will be crucial in leading the sales cycle, from opportunity identification and project development to contract negotiations and closure.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze market and competitors: Analyze potential customers, market scale, development trends, and market sensitive points. Study competitors' market share, product characteristics, and provide strategies for EVE's international development. Regularly report market analysis, development trends, and project progress.
  2. Develop new markets: Explore global business cooperation opportunities, promote the EVE brand, and establish partnerships through exhibitions and customer visits.
  3. Track and participate in project development: Follow important activities like overseas market projects and negotiations. Report progress timely.
  4. Conduct business negotiations and manage customer relationships: Seize negotiation opportunities, establish cooperative relationships, and optimize products/services based on customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy or power sectors.
  • Proven sales or business development track record with customer-facing roles.
  • Deep knowledge of battery systems, renewable power, and grid markets.
  • Experience in contract negotiations within energy storage or renewables sectors.
  • Leadership in cross-functional project teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills for complex pricing models and project economics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and authorized to work in the US.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
