Position Information

UC Riverside's Dining Services is recruiting for a Project and Timekeeping Analyst. The full salary range is $26.82 - $46.17 per hour, with an expected pay scale up to $33.50 per hour. Salary offers depend on education, licensure, experience, and organizational needs. Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Dining & Hospitality Services, the analyst performs administrative coordination, analysis, reporting, and operational support mainly related to labor management in UKG (Kronos) and meal plan maintenance. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership, generating reports, creating analytical tools, and conducting policy and project analyses. Applicants must have current work authorization; sponsorship for visas is not available. All employees must comply with university policies and applicable laws.

Requirements

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training.

Experience Requirements

2-4 years of related experience, including project management and data analysis with recommendations.

Minimum Skills

  • Knowledge of organization-specific and computer applications.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Sound judgment, analytical, research, and synthesis skills.
  • Knowledge of timekeeping software or similar tools.
