Role Overview: Our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Sales Executives need a diverse skill set to succeed in selling our Total Fluid Solutions. This role requires you to be a salesperson, brand ambassador, leader, and decision-maker.

You should understand profits, manage budgets, and possess strong product knowledge. A purposeful leadership style that motivates your team to exceed sales targets and deliver excellent customer service is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales portfolio of medium to large C&I customers across industries such as construction, mining, healthcare, agriculture, and transportation, including Over-The-Road (OTR) fleets.
  2. Drive customer value by:
    1. Growing sales volume and traffic to Cardlock / C-Store outlets.
    2. Retaining customers through programs like fleet cards.
    3. Providing marketing support.
    4. Developing plans to improve energy delivery for C&I customers via our total fluid solutions.
    5. Encouraging customers to utilize available marketing programs.
    6. Preparing customers for future needs by enhancing their operations.
    7. Promoting energy-focused solutions such as Bulk Fuel Delivery, Fuel Tank Solutions, natural gas, fleet fuel cards, lubricants, and sustainability offerings.
    8. Implementing branded promotional programs.
    9. Maintaining high scores in evaluations from management and customers.
    10. Executing business plans successfully.
    11. Ensuring compliance with current regulatory guidelines across facilities.

Job Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in a customer-facing role.
  2. Sales experience in the Oil and Gas industry is required.
  3. Ability to collaborate and work independently.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  6. Results-oriented mindset.
  7. Ability to work well with diverse personalities.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Specific Skills & Knowledge:

  1. Sales or customer service experience.
  2. Experience in energy, commercial, or industrial sectors is preferred.
  3. Proficiency with Salesforce and reporting tools.
