Lead and supervise a team of 5 mechanics across four rotating shifts (12-hour shifts, toggling every fourth day, with flexibility around Sundays)
Oversee all maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and equipment issues
Collaborate with the Director of Engineering, Plant Operations, and VP of Operations on improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate maintenance records, parts inventory, and compliance documentation
Support a bilingual workforce (English/Spanish proficiency is a plus)

The Successful Applicant
Prior experience managing a maintenance team in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong understanding of equipment such as ROPP capping systems, glass packaging, rotary and inline fillers, UV systems
Ability to work flexible hours across rotating shifts as needed
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a "command" approach to overseeing teams and prioritizing work
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Bachelor's degree is nice to have, but not required
The production runs 24/7, this person must be willing to be flexible as needed.
