About the Role

City Cruises is seeking an Event Manager for our Newport Beach operation. The position involves overseeing the guest experience on cruises, managing crew, and ensuring safety and service quality. Shifts include days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate events, communicate with staff and clients
• Prepare diagrams and gather supplies
• Supervise crew, manage service quality, and ensure safety standards
• Complete vessel walkthroughs and support onboard operations

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 6 months of food service supervisory and hospitality experience
• 21 years or older, with Food Handler Certification (TIPS desirable)
• Excellent communication skills, ability to obtain TWIC and MMC, experience with POS systems
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
