Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intake Manager located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Intake Manager will be responsible for managing initial client interactions, gathering and documenting case details, coordinating with medical providers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth intake process. The role also includes providing training to new team members, and maintaining open and effective communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at a personal injury law firm
• Fluent in Spanish Preferred
• Ability to conduct training and skill development activities
• Experience in Customer Service and effective Communication skills
• Knowledge of Medicine and medical terminology
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using case management software
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
