The 267-bed hospital offers major medical services including a Level II Trauma Center, specialized Cardiovascular Care, Stroke Care, Orthopedics, Neurological Surgery, Comprehensive Cancer Care, Maternity Care, and da Vinci Robotic Surgery. It is the sole provider of obstetrical services along with the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Shasta County. The hospital's network includes Mercy Home Health and Hospice and Dignity Health Connected Living. Mercy Medical Center Redding is part of the Dignity Health system and is affiliated with St. Elizabeth Community Hospital in Red Bluff and Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta. Visit to learn more.ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:Responsible for ensuring that the mission, vision, and values of CommonSpirit Health California Region are integrated into all aspects of the organization, with a focus on the North Market.Job Details:Provide strategic leadership and consultation, working with board members, administration, and staff to integrate the Mission Integration Standards into organizational plans, policies, and processes.Report directly to the regional Vice President of Mission Integration and lead mission efforts for all clinics, facilities, and services within the North market, developing and implementing strategies aligned with regional and system mission leadership.Work with market leaders to establish annual mission strategies aligned with local and market priorities.Collaborate with administrative and medical staff to embed the mission, vision, and values into organizational culture, decision-making, operations, and practices.Prepare regular reports on mission integration for senior leadership and the hospital board, covering organizational identity, culture, ethics, community health, and the common good.Lead and develop the Central Valley mission team, fostering continuous learning and improvement.Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of mission strategies with organizational objectives.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsAt least three (3) years of progressive responsibility in related fields such as Spiritual Care or Healthcare.At least two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.Master's Degree in healthcare management, theology, spirituality, behavioral science, or related fields.Training: Completion of professional preparatory training (Masters level or equivalent) in theology, spirituality, ethics, and community health within two years of hire.Pay Range$51.41 - $74.55 per hourAdditional DetailsSeniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Business Development and SalesIndustries: Wellness and Fitness Services, Hospitals and Healthcare, Medical PracticesReferrals can double your chances of interviewing at CommonSpirit Health.
