What success looks like in this role:

• Provides asset management support across larger and more complex organizational and hardware/software areas.
• Supports the entire lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring effective deployment and tracking.
• Maintains detailed and up-to-date hardware and software inventory records.
• Participates in regular audits to ensure data accuracy, track asset assignments and transfers, and maintain proper documentation.
• Manages software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and legal requirements.
• Tracks software usage to identify and eliminate unused or underused software, reducing costs.
• Contributes to IT asset budget management, including procurement, maintenance, and depreciation expenses.
• Collaborates with Fulfillment and Finance & Accounting to align asset purchases with budget guidelines.
• Monitors costs related to purchase, maintenance, and disposal to identify savings opportunities.
• Works with vendors to manage contracts, service agreements, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
• Assists in managing incidents related to IT assets, such as hardware failures and license issues, working to resolve them efficiently.
• Proactively monitors assets to prevent potential operational issues.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be a US Citizen.

Must be willing to work onsite 3 days a week.
