We're hiring! A busy and fast-paced company in Sun Valley is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting daily office operations, and providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Do:
Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
Provide administrative support to the office team
Create and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets
Assist with order processing, data entry, and filing
Help coordinate schedules and follow up on client requests
What We're Looking For:
Previous administrative or customer service experience
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time
Pay: $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience
