In addition to leading the supply chain function, you will directly manage a small Customer Experience team to ensure service excellence and alignment with operational goals. Your role is crucial in advancing production targets, resolving business challenges, and ensuring seamless, customer-centric supply chain operations. You will lead with strategic vision and strong leadership, driving continuous improvement and innovation. This position demands a strong analytical thinker and problem solver with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
