Earn $130,000 per year.

The Executive Director plays a pivotal role in the overall management and leadership of the organization and their identified division. Responsibilities include guiding strategic direction, overseeing operations, and driving organizational growth. Reporting to the Senior Executive Director, this position works closely with the senior leadership team, staff, volunteers, and external partners to advance our mission and achieve our goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in CA IDD services, residential facilities, and community ICFs.
  • Experience in Enhanced Behavior Support Home models preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
