Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who shares our commitment to compassionate care, team collaboration, and data-informed practice. This role is ideal for someone who is not only clinically skilled, but also values mentorship, creativity, and a thoughtful, relational approach to behavior support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to behavior technicians
  • Collaborate closely with families, schools, and other providers to ensure consistency across environments
  • Monitor data collection and adjust programming based on client progress
  • Maintain ethical and compliant documentation and reporting
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive, learning-oriented culture

What We're Looking For

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field
  • Experience providing ABA services in home, school, or community settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A commitment to ethical, culturally responsive care
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
