Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for adult patients, including tympanometry, acoustic reflexes and DPOAEs, utilizing the latest diagnostic technologies.
  • Analyze results and provide evidence-based recommendations tailored to each patient's unique needs including candidacy for implantable devices.
  • Dispense, fit, verify and maintain hearing aids from a range of leading brands, ensuring optimal performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Perform tinnitus assessments to address the diverse needs of our patient population.
  • Administer cochlear implant candidacy evaluations as well as mapping follow up appointments


Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Audiology.
  • Current California licensure or eligibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in tinnitus, Cochlear Implants and BAHA – a plus!


Full-Time Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 - $95,000, with bonus opportunities.
  • Full-time benefits include health insurance, Simple IRA 3% match, PTO and Sick Leave, professional licensure reimbursement, continuing education support, and malpractice insurance coverage.
  • Work week is generally Mon – Thurs, 8am – 4:30pm and Fridays 8am – 1pm.
