BAI, a Defense contractor, is seeking a Software Developer with experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, with 3+ years of relevant experience. The role involves analyzing user needs, developing, creating, and modifying general applications software or specialized utility programs to optimize operational efficiency. You will work within a SAFe/Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions for a Department of Defense (DoD) program at Naval Base Point Mugu near Camarillo, CA. Salary

The typical annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 USD, based on qualifications, experience, location, and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Support and maintain the CI/CD pipeline, tools, and automation processes following SAFe, Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.
2. Design, develop, install, and upgrade development support tools, analyze existing tools, and deliver new or upgraded test tools.
3. Implement automation within the CI/CD pipeline, including test scripts, cybersecurity scans, and control gates.
4. Manage and maintain base images, ensuring they include the latest security patches, and support monthly updates.
5. Provide feedback loop support, coordinate with development teams, and assist in software development planning and execution.
6. Possibly analyze and design databases and supervise programmers.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Visual Studio, C++, C#, Python, ActiveX, and Linux/Windows OS.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.

Education & Clearance

Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science or a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience. Over 10 years of experience may substitute for a degree. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
