Under the general direction of the Court Executive Officer or Assistant Court Executive Officer, the Court Chief Financial Officer plans, organizes, and directs the fiscal, accounting, budget preparation/cash flow accounting, payroll, and collection activities of the Superior Court; and performs related duties as required. DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS - This single position at-will management class is responsible for the accurate and effective conduct of all financial and budgetary matters for the Superior Court through subordinate supervisory, professional, and technical staff. The position exercises a high degree of independent judgment in the administration and preparation of the Court's budget and all other accounting activities relating to Court finances.
