Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making, ensuring the fiscal health and sustainability of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Strategy:Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with organizational goals.Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and contribute to the development of organizational strategies.Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Identify and analyze financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's financial interests.Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.Cash Flow Management:Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimizing the allocation of financial resources to support operational needs.Implement effective treasury management practices.Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes.Provide insights into key financial metrics, trends, and variances.Audit and Compliance:Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.Stakeholder Communication:Communicate financial information and strategies to internal and external stakeholders, including the board of directors.Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial transparency and understanding.Physical Demands and Work Environment:Primarily office-based work with extended periods of computer use and collaboration with team members.Occasional need to work outside regular business hours to meet critical deadlines.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
