THIS IS A SPECIAL DISTRICTS POSITION The Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District is recruiting for a Park Maintenance Superintendent who will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and supervising the maintenance, construction, and security of park grounds, facilities, and equipment, as well as personnel. Responsibilities include full-scope supervision of employees, providing training and safety information; ensuring grounds and equipment are maintained and in good repair; and monitoring the budget with associated reports and records.
