The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role hasnot been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonableestimate of the current range is $250,000. Colleagues may be eligiblefor additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on thecolleague's and the firm's performance. At Wedbush, Decisionsregarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and aredependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillsets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and otherbusiness and organizational needs.
