Wedbush Securities is expanding its Investment Banking platform andseeking a Managing Director with deep Industrials sector experienceand active deal flow to lead the charge in one of thehighest-opportunity verticals in the market.

This role is reserved for high-performing senior bankers who are doneplaying politics, tired of giving up economics to legacy structures,and ready to operate like a partner — with autonomy, economics, and authority.

Your Mandate:

• Own the vertical — originate, lead, and execute M&A, capitalraising, and strategic advisory deals across industrialmanufacturing, automation, distribution, logistics, infrastructure,and industrial tech
• Work directly with C-suites, Boards, PE sponsors, and strategicsto structure and close transformative deals
• Run the entire deal lifecycle, from origination and pitch throughclose — with internal support and no friction
• Serve as a thought leader and market maker, raising Wedbush'svisibility in the Industrials space and shaping our go-to-market strategy
• Build and scale your deal team with top junior talent andleadership support

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
• 10+ years of recent investment banking experience with a deepconcentration in Industrials (manufacturing, automation,distribution, logistics, infrastructure, etc.)
• A live or near-term pipeline of actionable mandates with clearpotential for monetization
• A track record of origination and closings, ideally in the$50M-$1B range
• Deep relationships with founders, C-suites, financial sponsors,and corporate development leaders
• A builder's mindset with a sharp commercial instinct andrelentless drive to lead from the front

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role hasnot been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonableestimate of the current range is $250,000. Colleagues may be eligiblefor additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on thecolleague's and the firm's performance.
