***Remote opportunity available, must be in or near the Beaverton, OR area***
As our Customer Service Representative, Authorizations you will:
+ Assist Retail Agents with Retail Partner Support application processing and review pended applications and determine final disposition.
+ Resolve Partner escalations.
+ Hours including nights, holidays and weekends. May be asked to work nights and weekends due to business needs.
+ Identify account holder and perform account verification.
+ Utilize the various programs on the PC to make profitable lending decisions.
+ Place outbound calls to verify application information.
+ Process credit applications received via the internet and instant credit.
+ Perform administrative tasks and other associated duties strictly conforming to FDCPA/SDCPA rules and guidelines and procedures.
+ Employees may be expected to work on site on occasion for training or coaching purposes.
+ Meet department goals and standards.
+ Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
+ High School diploma or GED.
+ Customer service experience preferred.
+ Ability to work various shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends; Must be available to work weekends and up to 40 hours per week; hours scheduled will be between 12 PM and 12:30 AM.
+ During the 3-week training course, you must be able to accommodate an 8am-5pm schedule.
+ Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
+ Ability to meet critical deadlines.
+ Critical decision-making skills.
+ Ability to learn and execute on new systems and business practices.
+ Good written and oral communication skills.
+ Flexibility to adapt well to change.
+ Ability to simultaneously talk and type.
+ Strong PC skills with a preference for MS Word and Excel.
