You'll ensure each guest receives world-class service by managing all aspects of our food and beverage department, including our incredible staff. Responsibilities: • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs • Create and maintain staff operation schedules • Manage all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service • Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members Qualifications: • Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred • Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred • Understanding of national food and health safety regulations • Food handling license Compensation: $69,000 plus incentives
