Senior Environmental Attorney - California Offices

Allen Matkins is seeking an environmental attorney with 7-10 years of experience to join our nationally recognized Environmental and Natural Resources practice. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience advising clients on a wide range of environmental regulatory and administrative enforcement matters, including issues arising under CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, and related California statutes.
• Significant experience handling environmental due diligence, investigation, and site and sale of known potentially contaminated property.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional research, analytical, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
• A high level of academic achievement.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $315,000 to $345,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
