Experience Required :

5+ years of experience - in a marketing leadership role at a software, insurance, or fintech (financial services) business

Direct experience with life cycle / ABM / partner marketing

2+ years in a product marketing (PMM) specific role

Experience in product marketing, brand development, and sales enablement preferred

Background in B2B SaaS,FinTech, or InsurTechstrongly preferred.

Strong business acumen and willingness to operate in unstructured environments where you'll own projects independently

Willingness to create and own copywriting

Strong sense of design

Organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with minimal support

Strong presentation and storytelling skills — must be able to communicate complex products in a human, intuitive way

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree

Strong sense of design
