Simply put, as aHuman Resources & Payroll Director, you are responsible for HR functions including (but not limited to): management of employee files, conducting interviews and new hire processes, maintaining HR databases, processing background checks, and remaining compliant with Federal and State legislation pertaining to all personnel matters. This position also may require rotation of on-call responsibility, along with functioning as an interim Staffing Director as needed.

Marquis operates 26 senior care facilities in Oregon, Nevada, California, and provides rehab and pharmacy services across the nation. You'll be joining a family of more than 4,000 employees, and one purpose unites us all—to be champions of every journey.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing payroll for team size of 180+ employees.
  • Experience in a similar type of position to a Human Resources role; preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong skills in organization, customer service, and computer systems required.
