We are seeking a seasoned Senior Attorney specializing in Family Law to join our firm. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing expert legal advice and representation in a variety of family law matters, from complex asset division matters to child custody cases. This role requires a deep understanding of California family law, a passion for helping individuals and families navigate complex legal situations, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters, including high-conflict custody cases and complex asset divisions.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Provide effective advocacy in hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Work closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Stay current with developments in family law and related areas.

Requirements

• Strong background in family law.
• Active and in-good-standing membership in the California State Bar.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Commitment to meeting a 1600 - 1700 billable hour requirement annually.
