Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for marketing events and trade shows, including scheduling, vendor management, and on-site support.
• Support marketing campaigns using Marketo and CVent platforms.
• Create and update professional presentations using PowerPoint.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and performance reporting using Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Provide administrative support and assist with cross-functional project coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketo and CVent platforms.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in event planning and project coordination.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• MPI experience is a plus.
