Shasta Regional Medical Center, a 226-bed acute care facility and a proud member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking a Critical Care Physician to join its hospital-owned multi-specialty group in Redding, California. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide ICU care in a supportive, patient-focused environment with excellent work-life balance.

Position Highlights

• Employment: Hospital-owned multi-specialty group or 1099 independent contractor

• Scope: Inpatient ICU coverage (average 7 patients daily)

• Schedule: 12-hour day shift, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off with weekend coverage

• Outpatient: None

• Call: No call responsibilities

• Visa Sponsorship: Available (open to visa candidates)
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $550,000 - $600,000 (depending on experience and FMV) + productivity bonus based on collections

• Health insurance: Self-funded EPO (HMO) plan at no cost to provider

• Retirement plan: 401(k)

• Sign-on bonus
