Position Summary:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and operational excellence. This role combines strategic leadership, team development, and operational management to create an environment where patients and staff thrive. Reporting to the Area Manager or Regional Clinic Manager, the Clinic Manager collaborates closely with medical professionals to implement best practices, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Development
- Hire, train, coach, and supervise clinic staff to achieve performance excellence.
- Provide guidance and escalation support for clinic staff, delegating duties effectively and ensuring coverage across all locations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
- Identify and mentor future leaders within the clinic team.
- Address interpersonal and operational conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the clinic, ensuring smooth workflows and optimal patient care.
- Develop strategies to minimize wait times and enhance patient throughput.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency.
- Manage clinic budget, operational performance drivers, and cost controls.
- Oversee purchasing, maintenance, calibration, and repair of clinic equipment and manage inventory levels.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate clinic efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor billing reports, including open encounters, claims on hold, and encounters without claims, to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
- Strategic Planning and Collaboration
- Partner with sales and regional operations teams to execute strategic plans and growth initiatives.
- Lead initiatives to improve clinic outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers and organizations to deliver seamless care.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure clinic complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay informed of developments in occupational medicine and integrate innovative practices as appropriate.
- Ensure all staff maintain current certifications and are up to date with mandatory training.
Customer Engagement and Satisfaction - Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Engage with local businesses and community organizations to build partnerships and increase visibility.
- Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and staff to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or a related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in healthcare, with a preference for occupational medicine.
- At least 5 years of direct management experience, including oversight of multiple clinics (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and occupational medicine practices.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, billing systems, and operational performance metrics.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and inspire teams.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, ensuring deadlines are met consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary: Starting compensation range $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
