About the Opportunity


Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - Primary Care (Specialty / Entry Level)


We are currently looking to fill several full-time roles to help manage pharmaceutical brand awareness, business development, and sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working with clients.


This role involves lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to build lifelong customer relationships on behalf of our clients. It offers full-time employment with opportunities for advancement, including managing campaigns, training employees, and overseeing staff.


You will manage a portfolio of clients, assisting with healthcare contracts and practice management needs. Career development support and bonus opportunities are available. Proficiency with tablets, computers, and both Microsoft and Apple products is required.


Responsibilities



  • Finding and engaging new clients and retaining them long-term

  • Becoming a healthcare expert for your client base

  • Advising clients on medical agreements and healthcare cost management

  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and suppliers

  • Managing time effectively to excel in a multi-faceted role

  • Performing other duties as reasonably requested


Experience and Skills



  • Minimum of one year experience in sales or customer service

  • Proven record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals

  • Ability to identify, win, and retain clients

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills
