Responsibilities

• Manage new and ongoing market network adequacy initiatives from concept to implementation while measuring progress
• Conduct cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed initiatives to support business decisions
• Ensure operational effectiveness by developing strategic plans for provider contracts and network performance
• Coordinate network surveys and analyze data to ensure compliance with network adequacy standards
• Represent the organization as a subject matter expert with regulators regarding Network Adequacy Standards

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Health Administration, Public Health, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managed healthcare, network management, or reporting
• At least three (3) years of experience in healthcare operations, provider network adequacy, or project management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with provider data repositories and directories
