About The Role

Shape the future of AI with C#! As an AI Tutor - C#, you'll help build and evaluate AI systems that understand and generate high-quality C# code, enhancing AI's usefulness for developers.

Your Day-to-Day

• Review AI-generated C# code for clarity, correctness, and structure.
• Develop clean, scalable C# solutions for real-world challenges.
• Document reasoning with clear explanations and logical steps.
• Identify coding ambiguities or failures and provide feedback for model improvement.

About You

• Fluent in English with strong technical communication skills.
• Expertise in C#: familiarity with .NET, LINQ, async/await, and OOP principles.
• 3-5 years of experience with C# in enterprise, game, or backend development is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Strong interest in AI, model evaluation, and software craftsmanship.
