Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff and ensuring operational efficiency

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and meet financial targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing their financial needs

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

- Monitor branch performance and financial metrics, making data-driven decisions to drive success

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- A Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from an accredited four-year college or university preferred

- 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services preferred, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

- Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving profitability

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements

- Must pass background check
