Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Medical Director Veterinarian to join their well-established hospital in Redding. This role offers a unique chance to influence hospital protocols, shape a collaborative culture, and lead a strong veterinary team in delivering exceptional medical, surgical, and dental care. The facility is equipped with advanced technology, including digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory support.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality care across preventive, medical, and surgical cases
• Guiding and supporting associate veterinarians in clinical and professional growth
• Partnering with the management team to develop hospital goals and policies
• Leading by example in fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture
• Strengthening client relationships and ensuring a high level of service

• Base salary range of $175,000-$200,000 for Medical Director role
