Payment Processing Specialist

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Location: Redding, California

Pay: $22/hour

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM (flexible lunch break)

What You'll Do

• Process incoming and outgoing mail—focus on checks and invoices.
• Investigate returned checks—connect with clients and resolve address issues.
• Keep records organized—log invoices, scan checks, and maintain digital files.
• Prepare deposit reports—communicate with accounting and ensure documentation is complete.
• Safeguard financial documents—follow strict confidentiality and compliance protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
