Spiritual Counselor – Dignity Health

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Incumbent coordinates and implements all activities of the spiritual services program and the delivery of spiritual services to patients and families. Incumbent acts as liaison with the hospital chaplaincy department and community clergy. Reliable transportation is required.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum one year hospice experience or a combination of hospice and other related experience
• BLS CPR Certification is required (must be through the American Heart Association)
• State Driver's License is required
• Valid auto insurance is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification by an accredited certifying body such as NACC or ACP is preferred

Pay Range

$35.07 - $39.68 /hour
