The Patient Services Representative II provides administrative and front-office support in the Interventional Radiology department. Responsibilities include scheduling, referral processing, patient check-in/out, document management, and coordination of pre-procedure workflows. The role supports growing patient volumes and new procedures such as RFA thyroid ablations. Collaboration with clinical staff is essential to ensure efficient care delivery and documentation.

Job Title: Patient Services Representative II - Interventional Radiology
26-week contract - Onsite - Redwood City, CA
Pay: $24
Must Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare administrative/front desk experience
- Experience with scheduling, referrals, and patient coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment
- Associate's degree
- Epic EMR experience
- Experience in a clinic or hospital setting
