$17.50/hour |Full-Time | Cannabis Industry | Must be 21+

Buddies is hiring Full-time Packagers to join our production team in Shasta Lake, CA. This is a hands-on position in a high-volume environment where quality and consistency are key. If you're motivated, reliable, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Accurately label and package cannabis products in accordance with daily work orders
• Maintain individual production quotas and meet daily packaging goals
• Assist with other production tasks such as fill station support, as assigned
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
• Arrive on time, ready to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Must be 21 years of age or older (State law requirement)
• Prior experience in high-volume production or packaging is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
