The role is critical as it oversees the daily operations of the Inside Sales Access teams. You will lead and coach team members while resolving escalated customer issues, managing processes, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities through data analysis. Your leadership will impact both internal efficiency and customer satisfaction, contributing to the company's success in the healthcare sector.

Accountabilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales Access team.
• Lead and coach team members, providing feedback and support.
• Manage processes within the pharmacy access program.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Handle complex customer complaints and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and accreditation standards.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Background in sales within pharmacy and call center operations.
• Experience in a regulated environment, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes is preferred.
